Modern Edu is an online learning platform operated by N-Roll Pty Ltd (ABN pending), based in Queensland, Australia. When we say "we", "us", or "Modern Edu", we mean N-Roll Pty Ltd.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and payment details when you enrol. We also collect usage data (pages visited, lessons completed, assessment results) to improve your learning experience. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store your full credit card number.
We use your information to: deliver your course content and certificate, send course reminders and progress updates, process payments, improve our platform, and communicate with you about your enrolment. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the following services to operate Modern Edu: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. Each operates under their own privacy policy.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving SMS messages related to your enrolment. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Email communications include enrolment confirmations, progress reminders, and course updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email.
