By creating an account or purchasing a course on Modern Edu, you agree to these terms. Modern Edu is operated by N-Roll Pty Ltd, based in Queensland, Australia.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. You may not share your account or course access with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Upon purchase, you receive access to the course materials for as long as the course remains available on our platform. We aim to keep all course content accessible indefinitely, but reserve the right to update, modify, or retire courses with reasonable notice. If a course you have purchased is retired, you will be given at least 90 days notice to complete it.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required assessments. Modern Edu certificates are professional development certificates — they are not nationally recognised qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and Modern Edu is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). ICOES and CPD recognition is provided where stated on the course page.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment plans are processed weekly via Stripe. If a weekly payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times before suspending course access. You can resume access by updating your payment method.
Course content is designed for educational and professional development purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, content should not be treated as professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific legal, medical, financial, or regulatory matters.
Modern Edu uses AI-powered features including an AI tutor, AI-generated content summaries, and AI-assisted assessments. AI responses are for educational support and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
All course content, design, and platform code is owned by N-Roll Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content without written permission.
Modern Edu provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for employment outcomes, business results, or any decisions made based on course content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
